Orders and renewals

Services are subject to availability, verification, payment, supplier terms, and the configuration shown at checkout or in a written quote. Renewal pricing can differ from introductory or promotional pricing.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, secure their credentials, maintain lawful content, and use services consistently with the Acceptable Use Policy.

Suspension and termination

Services may be limited or suspended for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or material breach. Data retention after termination depends on the service and provider.
