Can I order a dedicated server online?

Yes. Current in-stock, margin-safe configurations link to the branded configurator. Physical provisioning is not instantaneous and the final hosted checkout confirms the controlling setup and price.

Can I customize the disks?

The streamlined configurator uses the supplier default disks and RAID 1. Open the specialty catalog for custom storage, additional disks, or another RAID layout.

Are dedicated purchases refundable?

No. Current provisioning-partner terms state that VPS and dedicated-server purchases are non-refundable after provisioning, so verify the configuration and term before ordering.

Can you manage a server from another provider?

Often yes. We first review access, operating system, support status, backup condition, and the responsibility boundary.

Should I choose dedicated instead of VPS?

Choose dedicated when sustained performance, hardware control, memory, storage, virtualization, or isolation justifies the cost. Otherwise a VPS may be simpler and more flexible.
