Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activity

Services may not be used for unlawful activity, malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, spam, denial-of-service activity, copyright abuse, exploitation, or content that creates an unreasonable security or network risk.

Resource use

Shared services must not be used in a way that materially degrades service for others. High-impact workloads may require migration to a VPS or dedicated environment.

Enforcement

Galaxy Hosting may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate activity that threatens customers, providers, or the public. Urgent protective action may occur before notice.
