Non-refundable services

VPS and dedicated-server purchases are non-refundable under current provisioning-partner terms. Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, SSL certificates, setup work, migration work, licenses, and consumed management time may also be non-refundable once ordered or performed.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal only after it is confirmed. Customers remain responsible for charges already incurred and for exporting data before service termination.
